Repairs to my cellphone

In short I want to say I am beyond disgusted by the way Telkom admin plus have treated me.Its almost five months since I took my phone for repairs and everytime I send a mail the guy by name of Vincent tells me the repairs have been escalated.The last mail I sent was the 4th of January and still waiting.I am so angry right now because I am still paying for the device I don't have.
