REJECTED CELLPHONE CLAIM

My claim has been rejected as they advised simcard was not inserted on their device. However at time of me taking insurance this was not explained to me in simple terms and I was not asked preferable language for insurance terms explanations. This was in February 2022. To date my query has been going on and on.
