Regret association with this insurance.

I guess I should ha came here first to read reviews before taking the insurance, the worst service in the world, I've been waiting for a feedback in my claim ,I keep calling but getting nowhere with the call centre, I need my phone to work and I'm loosing out on clients each day, I never thought an insurance claim would take this long,I regret taking the damn insurance in the first place.
