Refusing to replace a cellphone that was lost

******* insurance it doesn’t want to pay for phone that was claimed January 2022 till now I’ve been fight with them and they refuse the pay and what hurts the the most is that they carried on debiting the whole of 2022 for a phone that was claimed January of 2022 when got hold of them they kept on saying they will reply and I’ve sent countless emails and when I contact Telkom they say they’re are not involved I must take it up with admin plus the contract is coming to an end this year still no phone ******* of an insurance I wouldn’t recommend to no one if you’re planning to take insurance don’t go to admin plus
