REF NO. 61581 - Claim negligence

Hi, On the 29th August I have reported a lost device. I have fill in the claim form online with all the supporting documents. I was due to receive the ref no. but i did not. I did follow up on it and i got it over the phone. I was then sent an email to say my insurance was cancelled and I have to send the telkom 3 months invoices of which i did. From the 1st September until now I have not received any feedback. My Ref No is 61581.

I have been in contact with Yamna Davis and Marcel, they both no responsive. It now almost 3 weeks with no feedback
