Purely substandard service

Your service is slow. Some of your staff are unfriendly and dishonest. Either your staff is also ineffective or your system is. I can't be asking them to do the same thing over and over. They don't respond to emails and the fact that a paid up claim can take a whole month purely because of their inefficacy makes one wonder why they're there. Perhaps robots would be better because even though they're frustrating,atleast they won't get a delivery address wrong after it's been rectified three times. Telkom should fire you guys if they want to stay ahead of their competitors. You're bringing them down.
