PPROFFESIONAL *****!!!!!!!

I lost my phone and called my insurance to claim.One lady just hung up on me during the call.Another claimed to have loaded the claim only to learn later that she didn't. I was then assisted by Monique who is also bad a communication. No updates whatsover from her. After having submitted all the required documents and access fee. I followed up and was advised that my phone would be delivered the following week. During that week I followed up again and was advised that it had not been dispatched. What joke is this. Agents are dishonest. The service is extremely poor!
