Poor Service yet again from admin plus insurers

Not that I wasn't expecting poor service again from admin plus, but I don't understand how we fall onto the same trap over and over again with these insurers, this phone was reported on the 15th of October, I only managed to get the ITC number from Telkom this month after numerous call with the provider, now they have received the claim, I'm sure it will take them another month before I can have my phone replaced. *Sigh*
