Poor Service from Admin Plus insurance

I have sent my device for repairs in October 2020 and paid the exess money as requested. But to date I have not received the device back, the are no follow up communications from them ( email nor sms) I am the one who is doing all the follow up. Their service is poor and unacceptable. Two months to fix phone, it's very disappointing. It's also very difficult to get a hold of them, they take soooooo long to respond on emails and when call the land line its either busy or said line don't exist. This is so disappointing really
