Poor service

I had 2 mobile phones which were both insured I got ****** on the 07.10.21, I did all the necessary steps n filled my claim on the 12.10.21 with admin plus. They only approved 1 phone and told me that the other phone's insurance was cancelled by me on the 25th of October, but how can I cancel the insurance while I was still waiting for it to be approved, I'm not getting any help can somebody pls help me my policy number is *** my contact number is ***
