Poor service!!!

Absolutely horrible service from admin plus! No communication with me what so ever! I had to phone their customer care every week to get answers as to where my phone is! If I didn't phone them I probably would still be waiting for my excess fee... I had to phone again and ask if my excess has gone through and how long It will take before I get it.. My phone was received by admin plus on the 3 of December 2020 its now the 22 December and I still don't have my phone! I'm paying R250 pm for such pathetic service? Almost 20 days with my phone that Is a high end device and something that I do my business on and earn a living with! But these guys don't seem to care. I highly recommend outsourcing better insurance instead of taking *********** admin plus that telkom suggests.
