poor service

If this is how you treat customers ,I am sure that in future you wont have one because i cant pay exces fee on the 25th and wait for my phone to be delivered a month ,you company and the service providers which are insured under you company only cares about the money not the customers .I paid as requested but i have to wait and also keep on doing the follow up with some courier company which is doesnt even give feedback .They keep quite and also keep on telling me about the driver that got hijack .Thats not my problem because when it comes to month end i pay insurance .I wont recommend anyone to deal with such companies who cares about their benefits
