Poor service and communucation
Claim number: 130287 I dont understant that with all my claims in order for them to be resolved i must write a review in Hello Peter, a claim that was logged on the 25.12.2023 it has been resolved yet. I have been emailing, calling Lawrence Scharnick but it seems he is ignoring me as he is the one handling my claim. Admin plus please handle this matter urgently
