Poor Service- A shame actually

I have been calling these guys for 2 days, they keep transferring me to the claims department which never calls back or takes calls. Im so irritated and also tired of trying to submit a simple claim. Telkom is also not assisting with this at all. This Admin Plus is just bad service, Telkom really did its clients dirty by involving these *********** people to handle insurance. I need to get my phones soon.
