POOR SERVICE

I have sent a request for my insurance to be cancelled on the 06/03 no one responded and you are still debiting my account *** because you are *****sters you haven't come back to me with feedback. I regret doing business with both your company and Telkom because you guys are not reliable at all .Please cancel insurance before i report the matter to ombuds as i have a proof that i sent the email and no one responded .I dont owe you anything .Your services are so poor i hope customers who thinks of doing business with your company read this and see how you are with customers .
