Poor service
I filled a claim with admin plus on the 1 December 2023, ever since then it has been a series of poor service from them. No sense of urgency was shown in precuring my device. I had to wait 27 days for device to be available. I will never recommend this insurance to anyone. They know nothing about customer service all they do is come up with excuses.
