poor service

the service of telkom is really disgusting .I was pick pocket , need the number to open a case had to struggle almost day to get to speak to an agent. Submitting the claim online was also a nightmare as whenever i completed the form the site would give an error message. Following up on the claim calling the insurance department where none of the agent can give any information. The claim was eventually approve but cheaper phone was offered. Id this how you ******* all the customers. Telkom agent only goes the extra mile when wanting sell their product there after no-one can even provide proper feedback not even at a branch. have have to pay a R650 fee without getting the phone as per contract
