Poor service

<p>I have put in a claim 2 weeks ago for my phone and nothing has happened as yet, the provider that needs to sort this out is adminplus claims department but they are taking there own time do process things everytime I have to call them and I used almost R200 worth of airtime that I want to be reimbursed with and also I want my things sorted out as soon as possible. I want my claim to be paid out to me within 24hrs or i am taking legal matters the service is poor as I have to call them all the time for updates when nothing has been processed </p>
