Poor service

I have lodged a claim with Admin Plus, paid the excess and have not heard back from them after paying the excess due. I have followed up with multiple emails and no response from the consultant. I have called, but there is never an available consultant to take your call no matter what time of the day. This is the worst insurance provider, and it feels like a ****.
