Poor customer service

Telkom should really do better and use insurance companies that are reliable and responsive. Adminplus is pathetic, useless, ***********, unprofessional and all the terrible words you can think of. Firstly, they don't answer their phone, the number *** just rings with no answer. Secondly, they suck at communicating, they just dont see the need to answer emails and tell the clients the progress/ status of their claim. I lost my phone four days ago and till today nothing.

Like really, how long does it take to process a claim? No one takes out insurance to not get help on the day they need it.

Dont fall for the adminplus (telkom insurance ****) rather take out insurance privately.
