Poor and ********* business practices by ADMINPLUS

Officials of the company are very frustrating in that they make promises they can not keep. They accuse clients of not sending information where it was sent and they are unprofessional. I have claimed for a cellphone from the company, they tried to get out of settling the claim which did not work. Now that they have agreed to pay, i have been waiting for three months now for the unit to be delivered. Averytime i follow up (via email) i get accused of not sending information. To make the situation worse, no one has called me to update me on whats going on.
