I reported a lost phone on Tuesday 18 Aug, sent all the docs on the 19th,called and did follow ups. Ismael confirmed that feedback would be provided to me by the end of the day. I have sent emails that have been read with no response. Viwekazi confirmed that she too would give me feedback by cob today. I called in at about 3h30 and Viwekazi said she was non the line confirming my access. I called in again at 5pm only to find that they are out if office. I am very upset and do not appreciate such treatment. I have been paying and have not claimed ever.
