I am still paying that cell phone and the insurance. My account is *** for Telkom. I am further up about the insurance. I need my cellphone. Customer services are very poor. Today i call again at around 16:30 i have spoken to Ethel. She was so route to me. She said while she is talking i must listened to her. How can i listen to her because i am the one who is complaining not her. She drops the phone while talking. I want my phone otherwise am not going to pay.
