Please see this review before even Considering working with Admin+

This company continues to astonish me with their poor service...

so On the 23rd of January they declined my claim for a very absurd reason as mentioned in my previous review. so they actually called me in regards to that review and said that they will dispute it for me and they will make right on their side. they promised to call me back LATEST on the 26th... well it is now the 31st and I decided to call them and the feedback I got was to be expected

" I apologize sir but the department handling your claim only works till 4, please call back tomorrow."

I then proceeded to ask if the dispute has even been logged and was met by this response

"No sir, the only claim that is in your name is the one declined on the 23rd of January"

I never thought that a business can provide you with such primitive service and I never thought I could be even more disappointed in the service Admin+ provides prior to this review

no words can describe the distaste I have for the poor and carless businessmanship this team provides, and the empty promises they tend to make.
