Phone decrease value due to lack of feedback

I took my phone for repairs three times it was never fixed at the end they said water damage which my phone never fell onto the water, then its beyond repair. Initially the phone was worth R6337.30 then due to lack of feedback after 2 months they come back and say is now worth R4800. I AM SO ****ED OFF WITH THEIR SERVICE
