Pathetic Service

Telkom admin plus is a **** as i got my Tablet at Telkom and I told the agent that its for my Son and we are not going to use a sim card inside as his only 2 years old always connected to wifi, And they never said anything regarding the sim card it must be inside the Tablet now is lost they rejected my claim.
