Pathetic service

I honestly dnt know where to start. Bull**** service from 100 to 0. I processed a claim for my phone n dy were quick to say pay this pay that. ****** pathetic Insurance. When I then asked for a different model to what they were gonna give me. I hit a dead end. No reply till today from 2 weeks back. To them money talk questions walk. I asked the lady that was assisting me for feedback nothing. Nonsense service all the way through. I dnt know how n why we deal with such companies it's absurd. I hope and pray it's the last time dealing with them as an irate customer.
