Pathetic service

I submitted my claim for a lost cellphone on the 08th of December 2020, to date I have not received any update on my claim. I keep sending email and the only responses I get is via email that they'll get back to me within 24 hours and this never happens. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire existence. Their claim number that they provided me with 8s 44810
