Pathetic service!

I took out a contract at Telkom and took their insurance. In only 4 months of having the phone, the screen gave me problems and I was told to pay an access of R2100 to have it repaired. Two months later the phone gave me the same problem of the screen and I am now told to pay an access of R8500. If they used quality material then I wouldn't have to have the phone repaired again. I refuse to pay that much!!! This service is just pathetic!!!!! I want my phone repaired at no cost!!!!
