iv been waiting for the auditors to send me an email, i pay them everymonth however they dont bother to help with the claim, they dont answer their phones, its not free to wait in the que for 15mins to be told about a backlock that not even the staff can assist, iv dealt with Mcedisi who is absolutly no help at all, these are ********
