PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never ever received such pathetic customer service in my entire life. This is not an insurance, it's a **** and action should be taken with the Ombudsman .

@TelkomSA needs to stop their partnership with this admin plus because it will be the end of their business.

It has been two months since I have claimed my device and I got a rejection letter from Ethel-Jean Pekeur, I have been disputing the rejection because the reasons were very FALSE.
