Pathetic Cell phone insurance with useless administration processes

Very useless and pathetic cell phone insurance company ,run as far as possible since you still have a chance ,i have a good mind of asking them for my 1500 excess plus my premiums i would have been with the phone right now ,what is the use of paying an insurance premium that is having more than 30 days turn around time to replace your device ,this guys are not an insurance company but a **** and to make matters worse you hold the phone for more than 20 minutes and then the phone cut off ,i never experienced this kind of service or treatment my whole life ,so my advice after buying the phone from Telkom don't insure it with them .

i made a claim on the 18 october 2021 with them about my lost cellphone ,firstly they said they cant retrieve my information on their system eventhough i have the policy number that is created by them ,secondly eveytime you are the one that has to make follow ups with them ,they dont acknowledge claims or any kind of document send to them ,even after you have paid the excess you need to make a call which you will hold 20 minutes for them to answer and ask if they did get the proof of payment or any of the documents whatsoever ,from there it takes two to three days for them to finalise the claim and then 5 -7 days for them to deliver the phone ,guess what on the 8th day of the scheduled delivery you will get another email reffering you to another process of another service provider who has to be in contact with you for the delivery ,that mail i received it on the 11 november 2021 and today is the end of the 16 novemember no contact whatsoever was made to arrange for my delivery of the device . my question is this an insurance or a **** and why telkom risk their reputation with them and to make the matters worse they dont accept documents at telkom stores ,it takes them 24 hours to blacklist the device ,you have to call and ask them what device have their procured and at which adress will it be delivered since well you where never asked to provide any adress or choose any device , after questioning that ,then you are given an opportunity provide that info.

in short this guys are useless man ,dont even try them.
