pathetic and annoying

I will never take this insurance ever in my life. I claims on the 24 May 2021 till now no response from them when you call them they take 30min to answer you still you have to wait 4 another 30mis this is pathetic and annoying ref 0***6, and am sure this moth they going to deduct my money that's what the care about not their customers
