Over 1 year, still no response

I submitted my claim over a year ago and have not received assistance since. They wasted months repeatedly asking me to confirm the number I was using on the phone when all those details were on the affidavit, the claim form and case form. I keep calling and all the agents promise to escalate my issue but nothing happens after that. Very poor service
