Numerous cancelation problems

I wish I could give them less, they deserve - 0 rating. I canceled my insurance contract in November 2022. They sent confirmation it's canceled, I was billed in December 2022 fine no problem. It's January 2023 I was billed again, I contacted Telkom they can't stop the payment bc on their system the device insurance it still shows active. I tried contacting admin plus after numerous attempts eventually I get through and this guys says he can't help bc they canceled it on their side and he can't explain why I was billed. Telkom can't help bc they can't cancel the device insurance. But both companies assured me that their systems are linked together. So I am gana be billed for a service I don't want or need. I sent emails no response their service is pathetic and I don't reccomend them to anyone. I want my refund so I can be done with this company.
