No Service al all

I have logged a claim with this pathetic insurance company on 4/11/2021 and it had gone to the Telkom store previously and I saw that a week has gone by and I had no response from this company and I emailed then and Chevonne Percival rep**** to my email with a checklist that was required and forms, submitted everything on the 4th and I haven't received any feedback all information was sent to documents. then Chevonne sent me an email to say can he have the number that was inserted on the phone at the time of loss, all that information is available on the claims form, it's going to month 2 now and I haven't even received a single phone call or email regarding this claim and which stage its on, and when you try to contact their phone line is doesn't go through, i have had to buy another phone as this is taking forever. i want to cancel my insurance with Telkom but they said i have to wait till the claim is finalized. may i please have this company settle this and i never want to have anything to deal with them such service is not even allowed? where are their claims consultants what kind of company works like this
