No Response on My Insurance Claim

I've made a claim and sent all the necessary documents last week Tuesday. They said I will receive feedback within 72 hours, 5 working days later I haven't received any feedback.

I called the company a couple of times trying to find out what is taking so long. Makayla, the consultant working on my account promised to give me feedback last Friday and she DIDN'T. yesterday it was Monday I called in again and she said she will give me feedback before end of day but DIDN'T AGAIN!

IT FEELS LIKE THIS COMPANY IS A ****. WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG TO REVIEW NY DOCUMENTS. I'VE BEEN PAYING YOU FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU OFFERING.
