No one assists

Good day. My phone was ****** on the 30th of March 2024. I try to send the online Admin Plus form but it doesn't go through. I got a pdf form onlone send that ond through to the given Admon Plus email. No help. I'm paying this insurance for almost 4 years and this is how it goes. I'm really disappointed.
