No insurance claim update

I submitted my lost cellphone claim with claim number TLK129028 on the 8th December 2023, I received an email for me to provide more information which was already included in my form, where I responded on the 11th December 2023. Today is the 12th of January 2024, over a month with no response or update with regards to my claim.
