Nightmare

I orginally was an okay client with Admin Plus insurance. I had my phone ****** early in the year( Feb'23) and had to claim with Telkom/Admin plus was a nightmare. It took 3 months for me to get the device, due to an ineffecient claims holder. The person was subsequently fired and I was assisted promptly by their supervisor. Fastward to Dec'23, when I was hi-jacked at gun-point for my device, which is insured. So I decided not to fight/die and handed it over. Not thinking that I was going to be ****** by Admin Plus for their new additonal access of 30% of orginal amount insured(R30,000 - S22 Ultra) from May'23 plus basic excess of 15% of orginal amount insured, lets not forget the shortfall of R2000(they no longer have the device available). I got an email today saying that I must pay R15,500 for my new device in the next 7 days or the amount will increase. Note that I had already claimed in the year and the basic access was R3000. Now with the new insurance contract which they sent to all their clients, the premiums increased as well as the excess. But how can a contract drastically change and you still get chared a higher monthly premuim. When I called in to ask what was the rational in the change of the insurance contract, I was advised it was due to mulitple claims and the crime in the country. My crime was to claim twice in a 12 month period when the outragous insurance contract was instated. So to all those wanting to live in SA and are looking for a mobile insurance company. Please refrain from Admin Plus, you are going experience daylight ******* that you are paying for. Lets all shop arround, because they have currently lost my business.
