MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I make about 10-15 calls a day trying to track a claim I made more than a month ago and each and every one of the agents either tell you they don’t deal with claims made before the 26th of October or they promise to call you back. Their service is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE because you even wait for more than an hour holding on the phone. Tough for them because I am going to get the phone I’m claiming without fail. So disappointed with Telkom
