Mobile insurance claim
I am claiming my iPhone 11 I sent all needed documents and I receive claim reference number 126334 then on the 07. 11.23 Hanny Letswalo sent me an email and sms with a IMEI number stating I should block that IMEI number I blocked it only to realise it's my Huawei nova8 IMEI number and I already blocked it. When I called him he said the iPhone 11 is not insured with them and when I call Telkom Accounts they can pick up both devices are insured. I'm here with my Huawei nova8 not working.
Telkom Insurance Administration please resolve this issue with immediate effect as I need to be reached
