MISERABLY INADEQUATE

Admin Plus is just as bad as Telkom's previous insurer's FINRITE. I do not know where the name Admin Plus generates from because their administrators are failing to assist me with getting a claim administrated. I have been dealing with them for 4 working days now and still no resolution, everyday I call in I'm told that they are waiting for Telkom to respond to them. Yet as far as I know if you do not get a response on email, you pick up a phone a make a call. They are absolutely pathetic. I do not know who is more inadequate Admin Plus or Telkom.
