Lost Phone Claim

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced with Admin Plus Insurance regarding a Lost phone claim, and I am hopeful that this matter can be urgently addressed, I lost my phone and submitted a claim opened a case and did affidavit as required after a month of ups and downs no response I had to keep doing follow ups myself I received an email saying that my claim was rejected because I had removed my simcard from the device, this is unfair since this was not explained to me that the simcard must never be removed from the device my claim number is 133050
