LOST PHONE CLAIM
I am very disappointed with Admin plus. Since submitted my claim around 16 January 2024 till now nothing happened. A lady by the name of Sasha went as far as asking for the contract i signed with Telkom as if the system doesn't show which device is insured. I tried calling her several times but they could not allow me to speak to her. Sasha doesn't acknowledge receipt of important emails. Should this mater not be resolved before end of next week, i will be left with no choice but to knock on the doors of the Ombudsman for short term insurance for assistance because clearly Sasha is not interested in helping with my claim. If i was telkom i would look for another insurance company that is willing to help with claims.

It turns out your admin is not doing their work. I called again to get an update and it turns out the insured device is an old Huawei Nova 9 Ya which was upgraded to Oppo A74. I fail to understand how come the system still shows Nova 9 Ya as insured when the insured device should be Oppo A74. Today i was told Sasha no longer works with Admin plus and i should talk to Bongi.
