LOST DEVICE

On the 08-02-2024 I submitted my claim for a lost device i still haven't recieved anyfeedback. The last email they sent me they said the person that is dealing with my claim is Lawrence Scharnich i have been sending him emails no response. If you unable to replace my phone please pay all my premiums so that i can buy myself a phone.
