Lies Lies Lies

I had a claim beginning of December 2022, paid the excess during December. When I call I'm told that the supplier has sent out delivery, almost a month I'm still waiting, spoke to one rude consultant, Lawrence and he just hung up on me when I told him that I'm tired of the lies you guys are feeding me.

Utterly disgusted!
