Liers work at admin Plus, disgusting service

The service that I have gotten from Admin Plus is really disgusting, I sent a claim though on the 23/07/2021 and still have not gotten a phone yet, I pay my insurance every month on time but when it is time to be paid out or get a new device it is always such an issue

I have dealt with consultants named: Luke Amos Abongile magazi Zinclare didn't get her surname Monique Gordon And nothing was resolved yet,

Monique told me they had stock of the device I was waiting for and I should pay the excess, but when the replacement centre called me the next day he told me there was no devices to give me New stock will only be coming in October , I refuse to wit another month for a phone, I mean what do u pay insurance for then They need to pay me out or give me another device

This service is disgusting
