Insurance claim

I am very disappointed in this ****** insurance company about a year ago I lost my device it was replaced however they didn’t have replacement phone but have me cash lieu for the value of the device , now my phone is broken has to be taken in for repairs they telling me that the insurance was supposed to be cancelled but i never requested for a cancellation and they have been debiting 🤬😡 this administrative company is ***** 💔😡
