Insurance claim

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from Admin plus for the past few weeks. I submitted a claim with all the required documents. My case/claim was referred to Yumna Davids. She acknowledged that she has received and procuring the new device. And that was it, ever since that day I have not heard anything from her. I sent her emails, got no respond. I am the one who keeps on following up calling the center and getting different stories every time, I call. Mind you I never missed any payment when it comes to their premiums. I am not happy with the service I'm getting from Yumna. I am still debited, and I don't even have a device.
